I began my fitness kickboxing journey in July 2024. I have lost weight, gained muscle, and recieved nutrition guidance. The instructors care about thier clients, modify exercises when needed, and encourage me when they know that I am slacking off. I can't wait to see what my 2025 fitness journey will bring! I encourage you to contact them. They do offer a free intro class!
Clean, safe, fun environment. Jason was beyond helpful and is a great coach. He can bring out the competitor in your child. Fair membership price. The students appear focused and driven. I have nothing but positive things to say about this place and all the coaches.
I do not do ratings. But these guys have earned my business and a lot more. . I’ve been in their fitness kickboxing course for a month now and it has already changed my life. What I needed to help me stick to a workout was accountability and community. The Mat Life Training Center overflows with it. They call it the Mat Life Family, and you feel it the moment you meet Kim Ann and Jason. You will see people at Mat Life who look like they just stepped out of The Octagon, and you will see people like me, who did not have a consistent workout routine in over a decade. You will see people of all ages and backgrounds having a great time getting fit while supporting and encouraging one another. I just can’t say enough good things about these guys. And I can feel my muscles again :)
