Justin joined Mat Life in 2016 as a Brazilian jiu jitsu student and assistant instructor. As an Army spouse, he taught at Mat Life while his family was stationed in Gainesville. Justin has a wealth of experience in martial arts and combatives, including experience as a professional MMA fighter. He is now a coaching consultant specializing in defensive tactics.
