Justin White

Justin joined Mat Life in 2016 as a Brazilian jiu jitsu student and assistant instructor. As an Army spouse, he taught at Mat Life while his family was stationed in Gainesville. Justin has a wealth of experience in martial arts and combatives, including experience as a professional MMA fighter. He is now a coaching consultant specializing in defensive tactics.

My entire family is apart of this gym, so I am there 5-6 days a week and it is amazing. I really like the coaches and the atmosphere. I am constantly learning new things while also getting an amazing workout. Plus I have had the best massage of my life here.
